Global leading airline, Korean Air, is currently looking for a new colleague for Passenger Traffic at its Prague office.

Position Description

 ○ Full-time job (40 hours/week)

 ○ Working schedule will be up to flight operation day

 ○ Work place: Prague Airport

Responsibilities

 ○ Flight operations and working with passenger service systems such as reservations, departure control etc. 

 ○ Communication between airport authorities, cockpit and cabin crew

 ○ Passenger flow service and check-in counter support.

 ○ Support of other staff of Korean Air, various administrative tasks.

Requirements

 ○ University degree is required

 ○ Language skills: Czech (Advanced) and English (Advanced) is a must. Korean language skill is preferred. 

 ○ Czech citizenship or permanent residence holder.  

 ○ Experiences in passenger traffic and airline business are preferred.

 ○ Confident PC knowledge 

 ○ Ability to provide perfect customer service

 ○ Very good communication skills

 ○ Professional attitude, punctuality, reliability and responsibility

 ○ Understanding of Korean business culture
