Vysokoškoláků je v Česku stále více. Firmy ale umí ocenit i lidi bez maturity
체코에서 대학 졸업자의 수가 증가하고 있다. 기업들은 그러나 고등학교 졸업장이 없는 기술고 출신의 사람들에게도 가치를 부여한다.
체코에서 대학 졸업자의 수는 지난 20년간 134%까지 증가했으며 이는 체코 노동자의 25%에 대항하는 수치이다. 그러나, 대학졸업자의 수는 고등학교 졸업자에 비하여 여전히 두드러지게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 노동시장에서 직업훈련생의 숫자는 느리게 감소하고 있다. - 1995년에 약 50만에 달했던 수치보다 낮음. 일반적으로 기업체들은 고등 교육을 받은 인력들을 점점 더 요구하고 있다, 그러나 또한 기술고 출신의 사람들에게도 가치를 부여하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다.
The number of university graduates in the Czech Republic is increasing. Companies, however, also value people without out the GCSE
The number of university graduates has increased by almost 134 percent in the last 20 years, and it makes up a quarter of workers in the Czech Republic. The number of university graduates is still significantly less than secondary school graduates. On the other hand, the number of vocational graduates in the labor market is slowly decreasing – there are circa half a million graduates less than in 1995.
